What is a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant (VA) is someone who works remotely in support of a client or clients (often working for multiple clients at any given time). A large majority of VAs support clients administratively, however, many VAs specialise in other areas. These areas include marketing, project management, HR, event management, and much more! VAs can complete one-off projects for clients or they can provide ongoing support.

How do we receive payments?

Payments are received via PayPal or direct bank transfer.

How do you share passwords and files?

Passwords are shared using LastPass. You will need to download the LastPass app to store your passwords. When we require a password, you can share it with us via LastPass. LastPass then enables us to log into the relevant site or app without us seeing the password - clever stuff! Files will be shared using either Dropbox or Google Drive - whichever best suits you!

Do we sign a contract?

Yes! Once we hash out all of your project needs, we will both sign a contract to make it official. This will outline all of the terms and conditions including pay rates.

Are we insured?

Yes! We carry professional indemnity insurance.
